Accessibility Statement
Memini AI is committed to making its website and services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we work toward the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882) and the accessibility standards it references.
Conformance standard
We aim to conform to theWeb Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as incorporated into the European harmonized standardEN 301 549. Conformance with EN 301 549 is the basis on which a digital service is presumed to meet the accessibility requirements of the European Accessibility Act.
Measures we take
This website is built as static HTML with accessibility considered from the start. In particular:
- Semantic HTML structure with a single main landmark and logical heading order.
- A "skip to main content" link and full keyboard navigation.
- Visible keyboard focus indicators on interactive elements.
- Text and interface colors that meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios in both light and dark modes.
- Labelled form fields on the account-deletion form, operable by keyboard and assistive technologies.
- Text alternatives for non-text content, and resizable text that reflows on small screens.
- Correct
langattributes and language alternates on every page.
Micro-enterprise exemption
The European Accessibility Act provides a micro-enterprise exemption for services where the operator has fewer than 10 employeesand an annual turnover or balance-sheet total of €2 million or less (the test is conjunctive: the headcount condition and one of the financial conditions must both be met).
Determination: the entity operating Memini AI, Artem Pecheriukin (a sole trader / autónomo established in Spain), currently qualifies as a micro-enterprise, with fewer than 10 employees and an annual turnover or balance-sheet total of €2 million or less. On that basis, the micro-enterprise exemption from the European Accessibility Act's service requirements applies. This determination is documented as of June 2026 and is reviewed as the business grows.
We build to WCAG 2.1 AA regardless of whether the exemption applies.
